How are Mosaic meals shipped?

Our meals are shipped in insulated boxes with dry ice to ensure they arrive frozen and fresh at your doorstep. We use 100% recyclable packaging materials whenever possible.

Do I need to be home for the delivery?

No, you do not need to be home. Our insulated liners and dry ice are designed to keep your food at a safe temperature for several hours after delivery.

Are your meals suitable for specific dietary needs?

How do I prepare my Mosaic meals?

Most of our meals are designed to be ready in 5 minutes or less. Simply heat them in the microwave or on the stovetop according to the instructions on the packaging.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. You have full control over your subscription through your account dashboard. You can skip a week, pause your deliveries, or cancel at any time before your weekly cutoff.

What is your return policy?
